About us
Vim is an old word for energy and vitality. Most of what we call getting older is losing a little of both, every year. We started VIM Longevity to help people hold on to more of it, for longer.
Most people have never heard of molecular hydrogen, and that's fine. So we start with how it works, show you the studies, and let the people using it tell you how they feel.
Every spec is published, and every part inside the machine has a name and a job.
Dr. Scott Becker, our co-founder, reviews what we say about health before it goes on the site. We talk about hydrogen the way a good doctor talks to a patient: straight, and in plain language.
Breathe it from the VIM H2 Station, soak in it with the hydrogen bath system, or drink it from the hydrogen water bottle. The same equipment works in a clinic or a living room.
Living longer in years was never the point. Quality of life is. After 40 or 50 your batteries start going down and you start feeling it. That decline, and what might slow it, is what drew us to hydrogen.
VIM Longevity started with a physician, an engineer and a brand builder who kept landing on the same idea: if aging is energy running down, protect the batteries. Molecular hydrogen, the smallest molecule there is, kept coming up. There are more than 1,800 peer-reviewed papers on it, and many of them are about exactly that: inflammation and the mitochondria.
So we built equipment to take hydrogen out of the lab and into real life: a station you breathe from, a system for the bath, and a bottle for the road. It's for people who take their health personally, and for the clinics, physicians and trainers who look after them.
Every claim on this site links to the paper behind it.
We explain how hydrogen works before we tell you what it can do.
Some of the most promising hydrogen research is still in animals, because there has never been enough equipment to test enough people.
The best proof is people feeling better.
Every study we rely on, searchable in one place, with a plain summary of what each one found and where its limits are. Don't take our word for it. Read the papers.

Tell us about your home, your team or your clinic. We'll talk it through and work out whether this is the right fit.
